Fifteen Kilometres from Ancient Olympia

Our olive groves grow on steep, high-altitude mountain slopes. Shaped by bracing winds and cooler air, our olives develop slowly, resulting in a rich, deliberate flavour. Because the terrain here is rugged, machines simply can't do the work—every olive must be gathered by hand.
