Return Policy

Akratos is a premium natural product. For reasons of hygiene and quality, returns are governed by the following conditions:

• Unopened and undamaged bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened bottles are excluded from the right of return.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Please notify us of any return in advance by email at info@olympischefeinkost.ch so we can prepare the processing.

In the event of shipping damage or obvious defects, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.
